The Graduate and Career Development Programme is designed to accelerate the development of renewable energy talent through training and development delivered by industry experts, helping participants build the technical knowledge, professional skills and industry connections needed to contribute effectively within their organisations.
Delivered by Green Tech Skillnet in partnership with Wind Energy Ireland, the programme helps employers build a stronger talent pipeline while supporting employee engagement, retention and career progression.
